Career opportunity
Robin has been working in the same role for a few years, and in her industry for 15 years.
The role has provided a good income, some exciting moments but now it’s just high stress, impossible timelines and is not providing her with any career satisfaction.
Career challenges

The Coaching Program
First, Rob and Robin met for a career scoping session. This session revealed Robin’s real issues were a lack of:
