When I first met with Rob of Future U Coaching I was burnt out, anxious about work and ready to leave my job without a plan B. After an initial meeting, Rob qualified whether we were a good fit for coaching/mentoring and quickly determined the areas of my professional life that were the highest priority going forward.

The first phase of our coaching was to stabilize my current professional situation which involved conflict resolution strategies, managing ownership of workplace issues and strategies for decompression. The second phase was to identify leadership opportunities to lead the team away from conflict and have a positive impact on workplace culture.
