🔹 Phase 1: Know thyself we identify your amazing skills that you have developed through your education, work experiences, travel, and simply by living life. These skills will be recorded in your “master” CV and will be used to identify the best career options for you. With the support of AI we will identify which job roles your skills match so you can make smart decisions about the jobs you pursue, rather than guessing. The outcome of this phase is clarity, understanding of the best job roles and industries for you.
🔹 Phase 2: Going from “likeable to hireable” by coaching you to project professionalism, confidence and speak clearly about what makes you a great employee. We will create your clear Professional Value Proposition (PVP) that will stamp you as a professional worth hiring. Also, we will create a CV that beats the ‘bots so you land interviews for the roles you want.
