In his own words, Earl has lead a ‘portfolio career’.  But that’s just Earl being humble.  His career kicked-off as a consultant in work health & safety and through passion & persistence, he quickly rose the ranks to take senior leadership roles in large organisations. Despite his success, Earl has stayed grounded and connected to his purpose throughout his career via his volunteer work.
