Career opportunity
Robin has been working in the same role for a few years, and in her industry for 15 years.
The role has provided a good income, some exciting moments but now it’s just high stress, impossible timelines and is not providing her with any career satisfaction.
Career challenges
Feeling trapped, Robin reached out to Rob Cugno at Future U Coaching for support and to explore career options. She was concerned she would struggle to find new opportunities because “at my level, senior roles don’t get advertised.”
The Coaching Program
First, Rob and Robin met for a career scoping session. This session revealed Robin’s real issues were a lack of:

Career results
Robin’s biggest issue was lack of clarity about career direction and possible options, which the coaching program helped resolve.
